Topic: The Significance of the Believer’s Armour in Spiritual Warfare (1)
Background
Three weeks ago, in our study of Spiritual Warfare, we went further to examine and conclude our study, of the weapons of warfare available to the believer, to war against all unrighteousness, and the wiles of the devil. We identified those weapons as follows: (a) the Name of Jesus, (b) the blood of Jesus, (c) the word of God, (d) the weapon of all Prayer, (e) the joy of the Lord, (f) our heart worship, (g) our sacrifice of praise, (h) our thanksgiving and payment of vows, (i) a humble spirit, (j) holiness, (k) spiritual gifts, (l) praying in the Holy Spirit, and, (m) the help of God, the Holy Spirit—our Ally in spiritual warfare.
Today, we continue with the theme of Spiritual Warfare as we examine, the first part of ‘The Significance of the Believer’s Armour in spiritual warfare’. May the Holy Spirit illuminate our hearts and minds tonight as we study in Jesus Name, Amen.
